Buoyant Heaving Lines

Buoyant Heaving Lines, throwing lines (15 m.- 30 m. long) that float, are a requirement for most boats. They must be one full length, appropriate to the vessel size, be readily accessible, and only used as safety equipment. They should be maintained regularly and everyone on the boat should practice how to use them.
